Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, is a central component of the European fortress policy. Through its constant expansion the fastest growing EU agency is developing to be an uncontrollable de facto border police of the EU. Germany is part of this violent border policy: It participates in the crimes of Frontex in terms of personnel, financially and materially. In the workshop we, activists of the campaign #Abolish Frontex, want to talk about the structural problems of Frontex, ways of protest and resistance as well as discuss how we can connect activist struggles.
